1. General Terms (Applicable to All Bookings)

📝 Booking Confirmation

• A valid government ID (Aadhar – physical or digital copy) is mandatory, for all guests (for overnight stays).

• Bookings are confirmed only after 50% advance payment.

  • The remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days before your booking date.

  • In case of cancellation, payments made are non-refundable. 

🛡️ Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit of ₹10,000 (for non-event overnight stays) OR ₹25,000 (for events/shoots) must be paid at check-in. This is non-negotiable part of our policy, no discounts/exceptions. 

  • Bedrooms will remain locked until security deposit is collected for Stay bookings

  • Power will remain off until security deposit is collected for Event bookings 

• The deposit will be used in case of damages or losses caused to the property, furniture, or equipment. 

  • Additional, security deposit may be withheld in case of violatio of any terms & conditions outlined here or discussed with management

• If no damage/loss/violation of terms & conditions is found, the deposit will be fully refunded 

  • Refund for Stays at check-out

  • Refund for Events within 24hours after event date (once decorators have cleared the site and collected the garbage/event-waste.

  • Villa management will release security deposit after inspection by staff.

💰 Payments

• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

• Receipts (physical or electronic) will be provided for all transactions.

• Once payment is made, it is understood that the guest has read and accepted these terms.

🤳 Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings while on the property.

• Nirvana Villa will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or accidents.

• Children must always remain under adult supervision, especially near the pool, staircases, and balconies.

2. Swimming Pool Rules

• Pool usage hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Pool usage during unauthorised hours will lead to forfeiture of security deposit

• Diving is strictly prohibited.

• Proper swimwear is mandatory.

Regular clothing will discolour the water clarity & damage pool filter system

• No smoking or bringing glassware (bottlers, drink glasses, etc.) at or inside pool

Any guest violating this rule will lead to forfeiture of security deposit

• Mandatory to sign Pool-Waiver form before using the pool

No lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk

Management is not responsible for any accidents.

• Children are not allowed in the pool without an accompanying adult.

3. Overnight Stay / Non-Event Specific Terms (Stays, Day-Picnics, Getaways)

⏰ Timings

• Check-in and check-out timings are as per your confirmed booking 

  • Check-in: 2pm | Check-out: 11am

• Please adhere to the timings so that we can manage all reservations without inconvenience to other guests.

• Any delayed check-out beyond 11am will result in forfeiture of security deposit

👫 Occupancy

• Minimum overnight stay occupancy: 8 guests.

• Maximum stay capacity: 25 guests (extra floor-mattresses + bedding provided where required).

• Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) and basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, towels, etc) are included.

🚨 Stay Rules

• Music allowed at reasonable volume only. Also, we strictly adhere to music deadline - 10:00 PM.

• Pool usage: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Any violation of these rules will lead to forfeiture of security deposit

🧹 Caretakers

• Our caretakers handle daily cleaning, housekeeping, and villa maintenance.

• They are not personal butlers or cooks, but may assist with small requests. Please treat them kindly and tip them if satisfied with their service.

4. Event-Specific Terms

⏰ Event Timings

• Check-in and check-out timings are as per your confirmed booking (stay/events).

  • Day events: 9am to 3pm

  • Night events: 6pm to 12am (midnight). Gates will be closed and locked at midnight

  • For shooting in 12-hr shifts, please contact us for shooting-specific terms & conditions

🔊 Permissions & Noise Restrictions

• Guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions (police/NOCs) for their events.

  • Copy of the same will be required prior to event-date (gates will not be unlocked without receiving the same)

  • Usage of loudspeakers without prior specific police permission will not be allowed.

• As per government regulations, any DJ music or loud music must stop at 10:00 PM sharp. Event organisers are requested to follow this rule strictly. Nirvana Villa will not take any responsibility for authorities actions in case of any flouting of this rule.

🎪 Décor & Catering

• You are welcome to hire vendors of your choice (catering, décor, etc.). We can share recommendations on request.

• Use of nails, screws, adhesives, or posters on walls, furniture, or structures is strictly prohibited.

• Post-event cleanup is the client’s responsibility. All waste must be disposed of properly; dumping outside the villa premises is not allowed.

• Any violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit

🔌 Electricity & Equipment

• For ALL events, guests must arrange for their own generator. 

• Villa Electricity and Villa Generator not to be used for events. Any unauthorised usage of residential plug-points/wires for heavy-duty event equipment will lead to short-circuit/burnout and cause event disruption. Management will forfeit security deposit in such cases.

• Event organisers are requested not to use any event equipments like DJ, lighting, food processors, industrial fans/coolers/ACs or any other items to the plug points in the house. Any such action will result in forfeiture of security deposit and cancellation without refund.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Event Capacity

• Maximum event capacity:

  • Up to 100 guests (table-seating setup).

  • Up to 150 guests (rolling/walk-in/out basis).

• Beyond 150 guests, the villa cannot ensure smooth management.

🔐 Event Access

• Full access to outdoor areas (garden, lawns, poolside, driveways).

• Event bookings will also include living hall, dining, indoor kitchen, backyard kitchen, prayer room, verandah, and one common washroom.

  • Plus: 2 bedrooms access. Ground floor bedroom + 1st floor bedroom. 

  • Additional charges apply for opening access to extra bedrooms. 

• Swimming pool will be closed during events. Event guests are strictly not permitted to use the swimming pool during functions.

🚗 Parking facilities

• The private parking within villa premies are available for usage during the event

• Any other parking arrangements outside the villa are not under the purview of Nirvana Villa

• Organisers are requested to ensure no traffic or road-blocks are created by their guests car-parking mishaps.
