I will say some words about
buying house first in Nirvana 2 and then Nirvana 1 and my
experience to buy a house in another country with different
culture and what I have experience.
I decide to buy a house in Nirvana 2 after many look around
on different projects, but I decided to buy in Nirvana 2 due
to the quality of the project and the that a show house was
available to look at. For me it was important that the
quality of the work was good and also the fact that the
seller didn’t push on for a sale. I got a very good
impression of the seller/builder and that was the fact that
I decide very quickly for a house.
During
the building period I got a lot of photo of the progress of
the work and I got all the respond I wanted for changes I
wanted to do.
When
the house was completed and I and my children come done to a
house as for us was a paradise, the seller took care of all
the necessary paper work an set up a company for me. So I
just had to concentrate to take care of the kids and have a
relaxing holiday and it was a very good and happy holiday
for all of us. The house had it all enough bedroom with
bath, you can imagine 4 kids with only one toilet. Big
swimming pool and private garden, and also the seller
checking up if everything was according to my expectations.
